ITD cooperates with a large network of universities and research centres in Bulgaria and abroad. It has built a capacity in development of successful R&D projects and models covering all phases of the project life-cycle, including successful experience in building public-private partnership, training, proposal preparation and management of projects under a variety of funding schemes, and others.
The institute uses world best practices, top-of-the-edge technologies and methods, and high-challengeable business methodologies and innovative and new R&D achievements, to develop the necessary competences and systems.
